What is your favorite food? Which are the ingredients? And how is the food made?

My favorite food is the red enchiladas. It's  a traditional  Mexican meal these are the ingredients:

1 pound guahulote pepper.
1 pound tomato.
1/4 onion.
2 cloves garlic.
Chicken,  beef, or pork to taste.
Radishes.
Lettuce.
Chopped onion.
Avocado.
Cream.
Cheese powder.
Corn tortillas to taste.

Preparation method. The guajillo pepper is removed  seed, then it is put to boil along with the tomato. It is ground in the blender along with the onion, and the cloves of garlic are brought to a boil and wait for it to boil. After heating the corn tortillas are rolled put 4 to 5 corn tortillas per dish. Put guajillo sauce, then lettuce first layer, then chicken,  beef or pork the meat you choose,  chopped onion,  chopped radishes, Avocado, cheese powder,  and finally the cream. Enjoy your red enchiladas!!!

The red enchiladas,  is traditional Mexican dish. They are eaten on special dates. For example at Christmas or at a birthday party.  There different red or green enchiladas, are the most traditional. Are always accompanied by Coca-Cola soda or water of hor chat about, jamaica, tamarind or lemonade.  They are traditional Mexican drink too.

Celebrating Thanksgiving, at the university. good night all.
My opinion on the technology is that it is good because it has helped us a lot. The computer is a working tool for people. Through the computer we can receive letters, buy without leaving home, pay bills, etc.
The telephone and the cell phone are excellent because we can communicate with our families and friends even if they are far away.

What are you thankful for?

I, thank God for the gift of life. I am grateful for my family, my grandparents, my mom, my brothers, and my nephews. I thank God that he gives me to my family. Today I feel sad because my grandmother left with God, but I am grateful for the time, that lived with us. She taught me many things. I am grateful for my teachers who teach me, for my friends who are with me.
I, thank God for to many opportunities He give to me every day. I receive to many blessings each day in my life. When I speak with my mom, I say thank you God because I have opportunity to listen to my mom.

Describe a famous place in your country and tell the reader why they should visit it.

Mexico has to many beautiful places to visit. The Palace of Fine Arts. Is very famous end this is that history. I recommend to you if you go to Mexico. Visit the Palace of Fine Arts.
The earliest known structure on the site was the Convent of Santa Isabel. Significant Aztecfinds, such as a sacrificial altar in the shape of a plumed serpent have been found here. The convent area suffered frequent flooding during the early colonial period and development here grew slowly. In spite of this, the convent remained until it was forcibly closed in the 1860s by the Reform Laws. It was replaced it s ur-class housing.[1]

A section of this housing, on Santa Isabel Alley, was torn down and replaced by the National Theater in the latter 19th century. During the late 19th century and very early 20th, this theatre was the site of most of Mexico City's high culture, presenting events such as theatre, operettas, Viennese dance and more. It was then decided to replace this building with a more opulent one for the upcoming Centennial of Mexican Independence celebrations in 1910. The old theatre was demolished in 1901, and the new theatre would be called the Gran Teatro de Ópera. The work was awarded to Italian architect Adamo Boari, who favoredneoclassical and art nouveau styles and who is responsible for the Palacio del Correowhich is across the street.[1][2] Adamo Boari promised in October 1904 to build grand metallic structure, which at that time only existed in the United States, but not to this size. The first stone of the building was placed by Porfirio Díaz in 1904.[3] Despite the 1910 deadline, by 1913, the building was hardly begun with only a basic shell. One reason for this is that the project became more complicated than anticipated as the heavy building sank into the soft spongy subsoil. The other reason was the political and economic instability that would lead to the Mexican Revolution. Full hostilities suspended construction of the palace completely and Adamo Boari returned to Italy.[1][2]

The project would sit unfinished for about twenty years. In 1932, construction resumed under Mexican architect Federico Mariscal. Mariscal completed the interior but updated it from Boari's plans to the more modern Art Deco style. The building was completely finished in 1934,[1][2] and was inaugurated on 29 September of that year.[3] The inaugural work presented in the theatre was "La Verdad Sospechosa" by Juan Ruiz de Alarcón in 1934.[4] In 1946, the Instituto Nacional de Bellas Artes (National Institute of the Fine Arts) was created as a government agency to promote the arts and was initially housed at the Museo Nacional de Artes Plasticas, the Museo del Libro and other places. It is now at the Palacio.[1]

The Palace during the "Festival de las Luces" in 2015.
In this theatre, Maria Callas debuted in the opera Norma in 1950.[4]
In 2002, the Palace was the scene of the funeral of María Félix.[4]
Since its initial construction, very little has been updated or modified. However, intensive renovation efforts were begun in 2009 for the upcoming 2010 celebrations.[3] Much of the equipment and machinery is original from the early 20th century. Much of the technological equipment is being updated, especially in the theatre which needs computerized lights, sound systems and other improvements. Other work will improve the acoustics.[5]Upgrades to the theatre will allow for multimedia shows which were not available before.[6] The main hall has had no renovation or upgrade work since it opened in 1934.[5]Renovations here will lessen the number of people the hall can accommodate but should make the area more comfortable.[6

HALLOWEEN.

Halloween (contraction of All Hallows' Eve, 'Eve of All Saints'), also known as Halloween or Halloween, is a holiday modern result of syncretism caused by the Christianization of the festivals of the late summer of origin Celtic . is celebrated internationally on the night of Oct. 31 , especially in the Angloesfera as Canada , United States , Ireland or the United Kingdom , and to a lesser extent in other places like Spain and Latin America . Despite belonging to the Anglo - Saxon world, in Australia and New Zealand this custom is observed as much as in other countries.
Its roots are linked to the commemoration Celtic 's Samhain and the festival Christian the Day of All Saints , celebrated by Catholics on November 1 . This is largely a celebration secular , although some believe has a religious background. The Irish immigrants passed versions of the tradition to North America during the Great Irish Famine .
The day is often associated with orange, black and purple colors and is strongly linked to symbols like the jack-o'-lantern . Typical activities include the famous Halloween trick or treating and costume parties , besides bonfires , visiting haunted houses , jokes, reading scary stories and viewing of horror films .
In some Latin American countries it is customary to go out at night with younger children dressed to ask for candy and singing. Older often turn to night parties after taking the little ones to ask for candy. Also for children parties do, even during the day. https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Halloween.

HALLOWEEN AND MY OPINION.

Hello everyone. I share with you these pictures of my friends in costume. Today October 31. They have the tradition of celebrating Halloween. Tonight I went to Corona NY, to see many people in costume, most are children. meaning not to have their costumes, but you see, some like blood, others with painted face, other super heroes, girls witch, or good and evil, known as the Yin and Yan. as additional information put the definition of Halloween, take Internet. Try to do a good job, as it is homework. I dedicate this work to my teacher: Susan Feltman.
Sincerely : Juan Perez.
Thank you very much my friends for their pictures.

Hello....

If you could create a monster would be one that did not have head and deformed.
My monster called the embittered.
Scare people because it has no head and is deformed. My monster lives in the street of New York. My monster misbehaves, scream, change shape. My monster was not happy, and comes from a legend that somebody removing the head killed him. this man was as a monster to take revenge on the people, and scares people as part of their revenge. and more hates all those who are happy. When the people is happy that monster come and damage all relationship.
